A 1¼ acre garden full of interest and a borrowed view. Woodland area with specimen trees, pond, gravel garden, wisteria arch, large terrace with box balls. Yew, hornbeam and beech hedging. Colourful herbaceous borders. Designed and planted from scratch by Tim Lees in 1980, restored from 2019 (in the current owners style) after being rented out for many years.

Members - please bring along a flower for our little ‘Flower of the Month’ competition to our evening meetings - a small prize is on offer for the best!
We are a small but friendly and thriving group of amateur gardeners. Throughout the year we have talks on various garden related topics delivered by a range of speakers.
There are summer and autumn shows, where the competition is lively and friendly, alongside visits to gardens and other occasional events.

Following our AGM on 30 April, we were presented with a well illustrated talk on 'Seasonal Container Gardening' by Andrew Babicz who most kindly waived his fee. Many thanks Andrew.
Thank you to everyone who entered the Show on 6 September and to everyone who came to see the exhibits and enjoy tea and cake in the afternoon. It was a lovely day and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Well done to all who took part, and particularly to the prize winners. Maybe you will be inspired for next year?
