The Autumn Show 2023 report

Despite the weather's best efforts to trick and confuse us gardeners, the Autumn Show proved that we are not easily beaten. Wonderful displays of dahlias, roses and tomatoes were some of the particularly strong categories. The domestic classes were busy again, after a slightly quieter time at the Summer show and although it was a small class there were some outstanding flower arrangements.

We are always delighted with everything that is entered - it all adds to the overall success of the show. But of course special congratulations to the winners of the Best in Show categories:

It was lovely to see so many people in the village hall, chatting, eating cake, desperately trying to win the star prize at the tombola and just enjoying looking at the entries. Thanks to everyone for taking part and for supporting the Show. We look forward to seeing you all again next year.
